The Housing New Zealand apartments were constructed by FAB Consortium and Legacy Construction as part of the Christchurch earthquake rebuild. The Durapanel system was selected for its efficiency and proven durability in earthquake prone areas such as Christchurch. An exposed, cross laminated mid floor and post and beam construction ensure superior strength, while adding character to the interior space.
